Another really simple job once you've acquired
the belly pan and fitting brackets. Belly pans come up on Ebay
from time to time or you can buy from a Suzuki dealer or buy an
after-market part. When speaking to your Suzuki dealer make
sure you state that you want to install a SVS belly pan to an SVN. The brackets are also available from Suzuki

1) Undo the two oil cooler retaining bolts
and pop out the two metal inserts from either side.

2) Slide the front bracket behind the oil cooler and push the
two bracket prongs
through the holes left behind from the inserts you removed.
3) Re-fasten the oil cooler using the original bolts.

4) Attach the two rear brackets via existing crankcase bolts
as shown below in
the two photos below.


5) Attach the belly pan - job done!
