Sept2005 - Here is a couple pics of my copper...I'll get some more
recent photos to you soon.

Before front LED turn signals and Clear Alternatives rear fitted
I bought the bike new in April of 2004 as a 2003 leftover. I rode it
the whole first season deciding what changes I wanted to make. The
only thing I did to the bike in '04 was install a Christies
Automotive TRE and Titanium Micron cans with Chewy's spacers, Suzuki
hugger, rear seat cowl and a Hamicad fender eliminator.
The winter of 04/05, mainly January through March, I disassembled
the bike and made some much needed changes. I knew the bike was in
need of a meaner look so I removed the wheels, tires, and bearings
and had the wheels bead blasted and powdercoated black. That in my
eyes was one of the best mods yet. When I refitted the rubber I went
with the Z6 from Metzeler both front and back. I also removed all
the suspension and installed a '03 GSXR1000 shock out back and
installed Race-Tech springs and 5wt. oil up front. While I had the
front apart I installed Heli-Bars, '02 GSXR 6 pot brake calipers and
Galfer braided lines all around (front, rear brake and clutch).

While I had the front brakes bled I decided to replace the
Tupperware oil reservoir with a black anodized billet aluminum one
from Hooligan Racing. While I had the rear end apart I replaced the
rear sprocket with an aluminum AFAM 42 tooth up from the stock 40. I
then had to install a Speedo-Healer to correct the drastically
inaccurate speedo.

After having tried the stock seat and the Suzuki gel seat I decided
to spend the money and replace the seat with a Sargent. While I like
the Sargent. It lowers you in the bike a little which is good for
handling but bad for leg room, so I replaced the foot pegs with
Buell pegs which adds 3/4 to 1 inch more leg room. I rounded off the
install with Chewy's complete bolt kit and grommet kit which is a
top kit no doubt! Other things I have done are block the PAIR system
(bearing in hose) and TPS adjustment, Synced the throttle bodies,
and ignition wire update. The bike has had Watsen Design LED front
turn signals and the Clear Alternatives combined tail lights / turn
signals fitted and all the identification stickers except the tank
sticker removed.

Cheers
