After a couple months of work and scrounging for parts the SV was
back in action at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama. I ran one race
which had three starts and had times that were getting better
through the weekend. Had one electrical problem which was traced to
a bad ground at the battery (which had been ripped out in the
previous crash) but got it fixed pretty quickly.
Went to the Barber museum on Friday. Over 450 bikes on display plus
another 500 in storage. Also some race cars and other odd cars. Well
worth the trip.
Next its on to the Suzuki Cup races and WERA Grand National Final!
